1.1 License Grant
STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM is the author and/or authorized sub licensor of the motion backgrounds owned and created by STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM or STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM’s licensors. STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the stock footages (the “Materials”), solely for internal use by your business, commercial purposes or for your own personal use. You can modify the videos in any way you like to fit into your project but you may not copy, resell and distribute of the Materials directly. STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM and/or STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM’s licensors retains all ownership rights in the Materials. You agree not to remove any proprietary rights notices of STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM and/or its licensors from the Materials.
If you have purchased the personal license then you are granted the license to use materials in your personal and commercial project however if you have purchased the developer license instead then you can use these materials in any of your customer project.

STOCKFOOTAGEULTIMATE.COM reserves any rights not expressly granted herein.
1.3 Restrictions
The Materials do not include the design or layout of the web pages generated by this server. Elements of these web pages are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.
